We are constantly looking for new partners to join our network to provide convenient service to customers across Estonia. Starting in February 2025, TEREA tobacco sticks will be available at COOP, Araxes and Sevenoil points of sale. Fiit tobacco sticks will also be available at Araxes points of sale. Due to the expansion, we are making changes to our current tobacco heating device assortment. From the beginning of 2025, the availability of HEETS tobacco sticks will not be updated at Olerex, Selver, R-kioski and COOP points of sale. A limited assortment is available at Circle K, Aldari, Maxima, Alexela and Keila TÜ points of sale. If you cannot find the right product in the HEETS selection, you may be able to find it in the TEREA product range, which is designed for use with induction technology. If you are interested in upgrading your device to new technology, you have the opportunity to use the Recycling Program. According to the terms of the Recycling Program, you can bring your old* device to the Q-store and in return we will plant a tree or you can purchase a new IQOS ILUMA device at the program price.

*You can use the program if you return a registered device purchased at least 6 months ago.
