We've added a new device to the IQOS product range – IQOS ORIGINALS DUO. The device is based on the tried and tested technology and familiar features of IQOS 3 DUO, but comes in four new colors.
Same heating technology
IQOS ORIGINALS DUO uses proven HeatControl™ technology. The gold and platinum-infused ceramic blade heats the product optimally without burning it. A fully charged battery lasts for up to 20* heating cycles and can be used twice in a row. In addition, it offers – like all IQOS devices – an experience without unpleasant odor, smoke and ash.
Familiar shape and the same options for personalizing the device
IQOS ORIGINALS DUO comes in a familiar two-piece format (holder and portable charger) and can be personalized in many different ways with accessories. All IQOS ORIGINALS DUO accessories are also compatible with the previous IQOS model – IQOS 3 DUO.
Easy to maintain
IQOS ORIGINALS DUO also comes with a new dual-sided cleaning tool, the Dual Cleaning Tool, which makes it easy to maintain your device. To keep your IQOS ORIGINALS DUO working properly, it needs to be cleaned regularly, and the new Dual Cleaning Tool makes this process faster and more efficient. One side can be used to clean the heating chamber of the IQOS holder, while the other side removes unwanted residue from around the blade. For best results, use the cleaning stick at the end. Be careful when using the cleaning stick – do not apply pressure to the heating blade. Remember, if you have just used the device, it must cool down before cleaning.

Get an IQOS ORIGINALS DUO device with our product exchange program.What does this mean? If you have an old IQOS device registered to your account, you can return it to us, regardless of model and condition, and you will receive a new IQOS ORIGINALS DUO for 29 euros.
