By creating a personal account on the website and registering an IQOS device, all users who have purchased their device from the official Q-store (IQOS store) will gain access to selected services that will make the user experience even smoother:

  • The optional warranty provides for a replacement of the device within 1 year from the date of registration of the device in the event that the device ceases to function due to a manufacturer's defect.  The IQOS device is only covered by warranty and damage protection when used with HEETS tobacco sticks.
  • The Damage Protection Program provides a one-time opportunity to replace an accidentally broken device during the program. The offer is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase of the device.
  • Free cleaning and charging services at all Q-stores ensure a smooth device experience.

How to register your IQOS device?

After creating your personal account, you need to register your device to activate the most important IQOS services - the voluntary warranty and the IQOS CARE PLUS program. These give you the opportunity to replace your device for free if it stops working. Beforehand, you need to register your device in three easy steps to activate the service.

How do I get a password reminder?

If you already have a personal account but have forgotten your password, use the password reminder feature. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with a link that you can click to reset your password.
