What are the new smart features of IQOS ILUMA? It has all the convenient features familiar from the IQOS 3 DUO device, such as two consecutive uses, 20 use cycles on a single charge and a fast charger.

But what are the differences? The IQOS ILUMA series and the IQOS 3 DUO device both have their own unique features, but IQOS ILUMA is more advanced than its predecessor.

The IQOS ILUMA series includes three models. Two of them – ILUMA PRIME and ILUMA ONE devices have a new look with various personalization options, and one of them – IQOS ILUMA has the familiar look of IQOS 3 DUO. But looks are only one thing, what’s inside the device is another and more important thing.

New technology, new advantages.

The device uses SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ technology, which heats from the inside without a heating element. And the lack of a heating element means that:

• no cleaning
• no residue
• no worries about a broken heating blade
• easy to insert and remove tobacco stick
• consistent experience

This is the biggest difference compared to the IQOS 3 DUO device, which uses HeatControl™ technology and heating is done with a heating blade.
